Refund Policy

1. The 14-day window
You may request a refund of any purchase from the Desert Fuzz store within 14 days of the order for any reason. That covers the GENERATOR suite, the Time Traveler album editions, Scouter: The Game and the bundle. GENERATOR FREE costs nothing and has nothing to refund.
2. What a refund revokes
A refund returns the full amount to the card that paid and revokes what the order granted: a GENERATOR key stops verifying and you must uninstall the paid edition; signed download links for an album stop working; a game entitlement is removed, so the Desert Fuzz app no longer offers the title. A refund of the bundle revokes both the game and the album.
3. How to ask
Write to [support@desertfuzz.com] from the email address on the order, or reply to the receipt email, and say which order you mean. You do not have to give a reason. Refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method; allow a few business days for the card issuer.
4. After 14 days
After the window closes a purchase is final, except where the software does not perform substantially as described on its product page on a supported system — the 14-day warranty in section 8 of the license agreement — or where consumer law where you live gives you a longer right. Write to us either way; we would rather fix the problem.
5. Revocation outside a refund
We may revoke a key or an entitlement that was obtained by fraud, by chargeback, or in breach of the license agreement, after notice by email where possible. A chargeback filed instead of a refund request is treated as a refund: the order’s keys and links are revoked when it is opened.
6. Trials
A GENERATOR trial key costs nothing and expires on its own; there is nothing to refund, and starting a trial does not shorten the 14-day window on a later purchase.
7. Print Room
Print Room is sold and billed by CloudSurf Software LLC. Its refund terms are CloudSurf’s, not these; ask through CloudSurf’s checkout and support.
